Service Agreement

By completing your subscription to the Momentum Tier of the Rx2 Wellness Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Monthly Subscription: You will be charged $249/month for access to the Momentum Tier services, including monthly supplements, initial labs, the Clean 14 Mini Program, the Wellness Made Simple course, monthly wellness webinars, and 10% off supplement discounts.

  • Payment: Your payment will be processed automatically each month on the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Rx2 Wellness to charge the provided payment method each month until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting Rx2 Wellness via email at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Refunds are not available for partial months.

  • Health Disclosure: You agree to provide accurate and truthful health information upon registration and notify Rx2 Wellness of any health changes. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program.

  • No Resale: All products and services provided are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

  • Liability: Rx2 Wellness is not responsible for any injuries or health complications arising from the use of products or services. Always consult with your healthcare provider before using new supplements.

  • Privacy: Your personal data is collected and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your membership. Rx2 Wellness respects your privacy and will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

  • Amendments: Rx2 Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to this agreement.
